01What CRW makes
One fabric, made the same way every time.
CRW is a Surat-based manufacturer and exporter of premium 100% cotton knitted fabric. We were founded in 2025 and we are deliberately narrow: a single, well-specified single jersey construction, produced inside Surat's knitting, dyeing and finishing ecosystem, and tested before it ships.
We have no decades of history to sell you. What we have is a construction we control, documentation for it, and one number to reach when you need an answer.

No blended fibre. Dyes, prints and finishes behave as cotton throughout.
Combed yarn removes short fibres — cleaner surface, fewer neps, less pilling over wear.

Measured at 172.58 g/m² on the tested lot — within the ±5% band.

Whiteness index measured at 94.63 by computer colour matching, against a specification of >70.
Bio wash clears surface fuzz; compacting sets the fabric so it moves less after washing.
One wash cycle on the tested sample: +2.5% side A, −3.5% side B. Bulk production is ensured under 3%.

03Lab-tested specification

One sample of our 25s 180 GSM 36″ optical white jersey was submitted to a Ministry of Textiles-approved testing laboratory in Surat. The results below are that laboratory's measurements — not our own — and they describe the sample tested.
